These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BuildMyWorkout.fit ("we," "us," "our," or "Service"), a web-based fitness platform that allows users to browse exercises, build workouts, track progress, and access fitness content.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms
• If you don't agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service
• You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

• You may input fitness data including reps, sets, weights, body measurements, and personal information
• You retain ownership of your personal data and content
• You grant us a limited license to use your data to provide and improve the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law

• We retain your data for as long as your account is active
• You may delete individual workouts and data at any time
• You may request account deletion by contacting us at buildmyworkout.fit@gmail.com
• Deleted workout data and account data cannot be recovered - please ensure you have saved any important information
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance or service improvement purposes

• The Service's content, design, trademarks, and proprietary materials are owned by BuildMyWorkout.fit
• Exercise database sourced from free-exercise-db under the Unlicense
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• We strive to maintain Service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access

Our Service uses third-party services to provide functionality:

• Supabase: Database and authentication services
• Vercel: Hosting and deployment services
• These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services
• Your use of our Service constitutes acceptance of these third-party terms

• We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the Service operator resides
• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the operator's jurisdiction
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against us
• You agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration or small claims court, where applicable
• If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect

• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be posted with reasonable notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
• If you don't agree to changes, you must stop using the Service

• If any provision is invalid, the remainder of these Terms remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
